European Cyber Resilience Forum – CYBERGUARD, Bucharest & Online

12 November 2026

The CYBERGUARD consortium is organising the European Cyber Resilience Forum, a one-day hybrid event bringing together SOC teams, critical infrastructure operators, national authorities, researchers and technology providers. The Forum shows where the project's technology stands, gives each sector the floor to say what it actually needs, and gathers the policy and operational recommendations that follow.

Thursday 12 November 2026, 09:30 – 16:00 EET Bucharest, Romania & online · Free attendance

The programme runs as a single track: regulation in the morning, operations after lunch. Two panels cover the road from NIS2 and the CRA to operational resilience and CTI sharing and SOC interoperability, followed by a technical snapshot of the CYBERGUARD capabilities — AI-supported detection, advanced malware analysis, automated CTI sanitisation, analyst decision support, LLM attack mitigation and AI-assisted remediation. The afternoon sector dialogue brings in the operators running the project's seven pilots across energy, health, maritime, retail, digital services and managed security.

The Forum is aimed at national cybersecurity authorities, SOC managers and analysts, CSIRT teams, critical infrastructure operators and NIS2 entities, European institutions and agencies, industry and vendors, academia and other EU-funded projects.

Seats in Bucharest are capped and allocated from the pre-registration list; online places are not limited. Registration opens to the list first.
